This lovely Mercer Island home was such a fun project for us and it sold within a few days. A gated, private paradise on one of the Pacific Northwest’s most luxurious islands, this Nantucket Estate features both lake & city views.

“As with any project, we took the style of the house into consideration when selecting furniture. With Nantucket style architecture, we went with a soft and a relaxed look. We selected muted soft colors and selected pieces like the skirted sofas, lighter wood furniture, and opted out for a bigger round dining table vs. a traditional rectangular look. The art pieces also were mainly white canvases that repeated the muted blue hues.”
