Our design team made the most of the 676 sqft by creating different zones and adding function to each corner, maximizing the potential of the home. They also opted for a neutral color palette with soft pops of color inspired by the sage green kitchen cabinets to create a cozy, welcoming space for buyers to feel at home. A strategic staging design is so important in this current market!

A look inside our Creative Director’s Thanksgiving tablescape:
“I drew inspiration from velvet ribbons and built the design from there, layering in textured tapered candles, vintage crystal wine glasses, and wooden bowls for natural warmth and contrast against the oak table. The palette stays neutral with just a hint of color, letting the food shine, while mixing vintage pieces, glam accents, and natural textures to set the perfect mood. Every place setting features a hand-lettered name card.”
