Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and an organized Office Manager Seattle Staged to Sell is a growing premier full-service, award-winning, home staging and interior design company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient office operations. This position is best suited for a person who can work independently, meets the deadlines, and has a result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day aspects of office activities, ensuring smooth workflow and a well- organized workspace.
  • Safeguard and implement new systems, and improving the existing ones.Identifying the unclear procedures, systems, and responsibilities in the company or and helping to create more clarity independently or working with the company leadership.
  • Guardian of our CEO schedule to ensure that our CEO time is spent on working on Biz with least interruptions as possible. As our OM, you will be working closely with our CEO on some higher-level tasks.
  • You will help our CEO to get ready for the bi-yearly reviews of her direct reports.
  • Work with our managers and help to run our weekly Tactical Meetings with utmost efficiency.
  • Collaborating with our managers on weekly basis to ensure the company is running as efficiently as possible and helping with maximizing our capacity.
  • As an office manager, you will facilitate clear communication between all of the departments within the company.
  • Provide administrative support. This requires scheduling projects and communicating with clients and vendors.
  • Will be responsible to update and improve the admin training manual as needed and train the new hires.
  • You will be the POC if any issues arise and need immediate action to be resolved.
  • Review policies and procedures regularly and improve these as needed. You will also develop and implement new ones as needed. As a growing company, we need to change and adapt as we go.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • In a small business setting, every team member is sometimes required to do tasks not in their job description.
  • You might be required to meet clients at different locations.
  • With work with our HR to ensure that we stay current with the law.
  • Help reviewing documents as needed such as legal forms, contracts, and policies.
  • You will help with drafting job ads, posting them, reviewing applicants, identifying the right candidates, and setting up interviews with for their direct managers. You will help with onboarding the new hires. Our professional HR consultants will train if you don’t have any experience.
  • You will communicate and collaborate with our vendors as needed.
  • Ordering products as needed.

Requirements:

  • US citizen or have work permit.
  • AA degree or higher.
  • Business degree is a plus.
  • Two years plus of experience in this role.
  • Any bookkeeping and HR experience is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM is preferred, but we can train.
  • Comfortable with using technology platforms such as Google Suite.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Being adaptable/flexible and able to work in a fast-working environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in following systems.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Reliable transport and valid driver license.
  • This is a M-F position, but as a OM, sometimes though rarely, to help put fires out during the weekends and after hours.

  • Our hours are 8-5
  • $55K-$68K based on experience
