Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our company's growth through strategic networking and effective sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional networking skills, a keen business acumen, and a strong understanding of sales operations to drive revenue growth and foster lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This will require office visits and making presentations.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies and campaigns.
  5. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  1. Collaborate with our Creative Director to coordinate and organize social events for clients.
  2. You will be expected to attend client social mixer events after hours to create and foster relationships.
  3. Stay updated on industry developments, market changes, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with our Creative Director and Operation Manager to ensure client satisfaction and the set sales goals are met.

Requirements:

  1. US citizen or has work permit to work in the US.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a real estate field is a plus.
  3. Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a minimum

    of three years of experience.

  4. Knowledge and experience working with CRM platforms is a must.
  5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to

    establish and maintain professional connections.

  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and

    persuade stakeholders.

  7. Solid understanding of sales operations and business development strategies.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
  9. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets and goals.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  11. As we are a smaller company, you might be required to wear different hats beyond

    your job description.

  12. Valid driver license and a reliable transport. This job requires you driving to meet with

    clients.

Benefits:

  1. Full time position – M-F
  2. $60,000- $70,000 base pay plus commission
  3. SSTS matches 3% to 401K
