About The Position:

We are looking for a career minded candidate that will have strong organizational skills, be proactive, collaborative, and flexible with competing priorities. The ideal candidate will also be able to hold the highest level of professionalism as they support a busy creative team and deal with clients. Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management across time zones, making decisions based on client priorities
  • Manage email inbox and communication, growing in ownership over time to review, prioritize, and route all incoming mail
  • Act as a liaison to key stakeholders, providing timely and critical communication
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, participating in an on-going dialogue with the design team, preparing and following up with action items promptly
  • Adapt to Executive’s preferences for clear, concise, professional, and timely communication
  • Provide extended support for the design team
  • Responsible for some research and special projects on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior executive administrative or related experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or AA
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills showing the utmost attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly react to urgent requests
  • Manage multiple competing tasks at once
  • Constantly work to improve efficiency
  • Present a polished and professional presence in representing the organization and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving environment while focusing on clarity and solutions
  • Strong team player that can work independently while sharing information clearly and conciselyPassionate self-starter that is excited to get to work
