About The Position:
We are looking for a full-time admin and accounts receivable assistant. We work Monday through Fridays from 8:30-5:00 (with somewhat flexible hours).
This is a role that demands flexibility and a willingness to be a problem solver.
Duties mainly consist of: answering calls, making appointments, coordinating with clients and vendors, simple QB (Quick Book) invoicing (we can train), and meeting with clients in person. In other words, you’ll be helping to run the office. An eye for details is the key to success in here. If you like to be part of a dynamic and creative team, this job is for you.
Provide exceptional Customer Service to Clients
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quick Books, and SharePoint
Proven attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
Grace under pressure, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Ability to utilize sound business judgment
Positive, proactive, and able to have fun at work and help others do the same
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Prior Administrative experience
Access to a laptop
