Admin Assistant – Full Time

Seattle Staged To Sell & Design is a home staging and interior design studio, established in 2005, serving the Greater Seattle. Our clients are real estate agents, homeowners and builders. Throughout these years, our company has grown because through the word of mouth and because of our top-notch designs. We pride ourselves for being a relationship based company where every relationship counts. Our office has a very collaborative and fast pace atmosphere.

About The Position:

We are looking for a full-time dynamic admin and who can help us grow and keep our clients happy.

Job Duties:

  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Email correspondence
  • Works with vendors and helps with furniture orders
  • Assist the designers with organizing their projects
  • Maintain client contact list
  • Assist with some marketing tasks
  • Meet with clients
  • Prepare invoices and contracts – account receivable
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaze and assist the general manager
  • Update and maintain Google Calendar

Requirements for our ideal candidate:

  • Has MS Office – proficiency
  • Familiar with G Suite
  • Has excellent time management and ability to prioritize
  • Who has an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Organized and self-starter
  • Likes a collaborative working culture
  • Is patient and compassionate
  • Has fantastic customer service skills –
  • Is willing to learn our systems
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Feels comfortable with technology
  • Is up-to-date with all the advancements with all the office and tech gadgets
