For this reason, Seattle Staged To Sell offers four different levels of home staging services to accommodate every person with their different staging needs.
A complementary initial meeting with you at your property will help you to determine which level of staging will best satisfy your needs and sales goals.
Verbal Consultation - $250
Our professional design consultant will first speak with you and/or your agent your sale goals as well as your budget and timeline. After viewing your entire home inside and out, we will give you a complete list of our recommendations. This process can take up to two hours. The work will be completed by you.
Comprehensive Consultation - $325
Same as our Verbal Consultation, but in addition you will receive a comprehensive written report detailing any changes or repairs that we recommend.
Vacant Home Staging
We offer many options in order to best meet your needs. Whether you prefer to have us stage your entire house or just a few strategically selected rooms, we will create a customized lifestyle image targeting the demographics of your neighborhood. Your home will be decorated with appropriate furniture and accessory pieces carefully selected from our extensive inventory. Pricing varies for vacant home staging based on factors such as square footage of areas to be staged, access and location.
Partial Home Staging
We will edit and rearrange your personal furnishings, completing the design scheme with pieces and vignettes from our inventory in order to create a cohesive and updated look. We can also provide a family friendly strategy along with check lists designed to help home sellers keep their homes show ready at all times. Pricing varies for partial home staging based on factors such as square footage of areas to be staged, access and location.
Redesign
Our professional design team will transform the feel and look of your home using the furniture, art or accessories you presently have that complement the staging goals for your property. Through effective placement and editing of the items, we create a fresh look designed to appeal to prospective home buyers. We can also assist you with moving and storage of the outgoing items.
Interior Decorating. . . designs to live in!
Interior decorating is for the individual who is not preparing to sell their home but wishes to have a designed look. Our design consultant meets the client in the home and after evaluating and measuring the spaces to be decorated, creates a PowerPoint of varying styles, including contemporary, traditional and NW modern, in order to assist with the decision making process. We also provide recommendations on color options. Our consultant then provides a drawing of the room that includes different furniture placement options.
Our design consultant can also rearrange and re-work existing personal furniture and accessories, create organizational systems and add those missing pieces to create a unified, functional and inviting home. The client can opt to do their own shopping or we can take care of everything from furniture and accessory purchasing to placement. By working with us, you’ll also be able to utilize our trade discounts when shopping for items for your home, from accessories to furniture.
Project Management
Seattle Staged To Sell will coordinate and oversee minor renovation and cosmetic upgrades to increase the market appeal of the property, including:
- Paint selection and the painting project
- Hardwood floor refinishing and repair
- Carpet cleaning, selection, and installation
- Light fixture purchasing and installation
- Appliance selection
- Handyman services
- House cleaning

Color Consultation - $175 and up, depending on project size

We’ll hold your hand while we assist you in choosing the right colors for your home and we’ll even teach you the process. When the work is completed, not only will you have fabulous color combinations for your home, but also, you will feel empowered and confident for the next time you want to change the mood of your home with color. And as an extra bonus, you’ll also benefit from using our trade discount when purchasing your paint. This discount alone usually covers the cost of the color consultation!
